
Not sure if Chinese New Year is traditionally your time to make new resolutions, but new resolutions are always good for you! Health New Year Resolutions are often pushed aside in favor of weight loss and getting to the gym, here’s a few resolutions that may have not made your list this year!
In 2025, Chinese New Year falls on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, marking the start of the Year of the Snake.
Chinese New Year follows the lunar calendar, beginning on the second new moon after the winter solstice, which means the date changes each year. The festivities traditionally last for 15 days, culminating with the Lantern Festival.
1. Eliminate allergens from things we touch, scarves and gloves too!
2. Improve scalp health
3. Minimize second hand smoke
4. Keep own health data
5. Calibrate medical devices like BP machine and sugar monitors
6. Discard old sanitizer
7. Discard shoes with poor soles
8. Have better posture
9. Go easy on vocal cords
10. Go easy on ears with proper use of ear plugs even in movies!
11. Do Breathwork! Mindfulness is the key to longevity and calm.
